The Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) Hampton Roads Mentorship Program connects experienced fundraising professionals with those seeking guidance and growth.
Over eight months, mentors and mentees build meaningful relationships that strengthen skills, expand networks, and support long-term career development.

Program Overview
- Duration: May–January (8 months)
- Commitment: One meeting per month (approximately one hour)
- Format: In-person preferred; virtual as needed

- Foster supportive, collegial relationships
- Strengthen professional skills and confidence
- Expand networks across the Hampton Roads fundraising community
- Encourage shared learning and career growth
