What is ReFUND Colorado?
This program allows Coloradans to donate their state income tax refund to registered Colorado nonprofits. The expanded program started with tax year 2019, adopted by the Legislature in 2018.
Donate to a Colorado Nonprofit Fund provides local nonprofits with an opportunity to tell the story of their impact and to ask for community support during tax season. The nonprofit does not have to administer or process the donations. This program creates a new system of charitable giving in Colorado and provides Coloradans with another opportunity to fund a nonprofit doing good work in their community.
