Through dialogue with committee members, the Chair directed that workgroups be struck to address their top three priorities: redefining Diversity and Inclusion, surveying chapter needs, and identifying methods of providing organizational support. The recommendations presented here have been prepared by the workgroups and propose an opportunity to create a framework that connect all three areas of need together in support of the Board’s strategic goals.
