An Invitation to Young Professionals

Your AFP NWPA Chapter has created a brand new scholarship opportunity for 2023. The Young Professional Scholarship will be an annual offering by the AFP NWPA Chapter and all fundraising professionals that qualify and are located in the greater Northwestern, PA area will be invited to apply.
This Scholarship provides a Young Professional with the opportunity to join our chapter and we will cover the first-year membership dues of $95.

A Young Professional is a person 30 years old or younger and is active in a fundraising role with their organization. They must subscribe to the AFP Code of Ethical Principles & Standards and its bylaws, promote the Donor Bill of Rights, and be employed or have been employed by an organization that provides benefits to society.

The scholarship recipient will be asked to join one of our committees: 

• Education
• IDEA (Inclusion, Diversity, Equality and Access)
• Marketing
• Membership
• National Philanthropy Day
