We are currently accepting nominations for Board Members for 2024. Nominate yourself or a colleague to the AFP Central Virginia Board by Friday, October 27th.
The Association of Fundraising Professionals empowers individuals and organizations to practice ethical fundraising through professional education, networking, research and advocacy. This is an exciting time for our chapter as we evaluate and expand upon our most successful programs and continue to host monthly events that address relevant topics, creative solutions, and impactful discussions for our sector.
AFP Central Virginia is committed to Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Access (I.D.E.A) in all Chapter activities. Developing and implementing an updated I.D.E.A. workplan will be a focus for our Board in 2024.
Please review the Board Member Expectations and Committee Descriptions to learn more about this opportunity and the many ways you can use your talents to engage with your local AFP chapter. Submit your nomination using this form by Friday, October 27th.
