Nominations are now open for this year’s Philanthropist of the Year, Volunteer Fundraiser of the Year, and Philanthropic Leader of Tomorrow!
Philanthropy comes in many forms, and some of the most dedicated supporters of nonprofit organizations give of their time, their talent, and their treasure. If you are unsure of which award category to choose for your nomination, consider the following primary contributions of the nominee:
- If the nominee is a volunteer and a financial contributor, but their primary or largest contributions are financial, consider the Philanthropist of the Year or, if between the ages of 30 and 40, Philanthropic Leader of Tomorrow Awards.
- If the nominee is a volunteer and a financial contributor, but their primary or largest contributions are volunteer-based, consider the Volunteer Fundraiser of the Year Award.
If you have questions about National Philanthropy Day or the nomination process, please contact MacKensie Brandt, NPD Chair, or Aubryn Shivers, Chapter Coordinator.
