AFP Brandywine Chapter offers several scholarship opportunities to facilitate the involvement of fundraising professionals in our organization.
Membership Scholarships
Are you interested in joining, renewing, or reinstating your membership to the AFP Brandywine Chapter but struggling to afford membership? Membership provides excellent professional development and networking opportunities. If you are interested in applying, please complete the Scholarship Application form and send it to Matt Johnson, Scholarships Chair, at chapter@afpbrandywine.org.
National Philanthropy Day Conference Scholarship
Scholarship for the full program. Membership in AFP is not required. AFP Brandywine's National Philanthropy Day Conference will held on November 15, 2023. If you are interested in applying, please submit your completed application form by Friday, September 29, 2023.
International Conference Scholarship (Chamberlain Scholarship)
Are you interested in attending AFP's ICON Conference? Apply for the Brandywine Chapter's Chamberlain Scholarship! AFP ICON will take place on April 7-9, 2024 in Toronto. The conference is an excellent opportunity to learn more about fundraising and network with your fellow colleagues. The Chamberlain Scholarship will cover the registration fee for the recipient. AFP Brandywine will provide reimbursement for air travel and/or lodging expenses up to $1,000. If you are interested in applying, please submit your completed application form by Friday, November 3, 2023.
Professional Development Scholarship
Scholarship supports educational professional development opportunities related to fundraising including conferences, webinars, workshops, or similar forums of training. Download a copy of the application.
CFRE Scholarship
Scholarship for experienced members to receive funds to defray the cost of the CFRE Refresher Course or the CFRE exam fee. Download a copy of the application.
Monthly Program Scholarship
Scholarship provide support for three AFP Brandywine Monthly Programs throughout the year, excluding Meet the Funders. Download a copy of the application.
