The Association of Fundraising Professionals - South Saskatchewan Chapter and the NPD Committee invite you to celebrate the power of giving by nominating an outstanding individual or group for the 2025 National Philanthropy Day Awards.

Nominations are open for organizations wishing to recognize an individual, family, service club, business, or family foundation that has made a meaningful contribution of time, expertise, and resources to their organization.
- Each organization may submit up to two nominations.
- Each award category will be limited to five honorees.

- Outstanding Legacy Philanthropist - This award honours individuals or families who, through strategic charitable gift planning, have created one or more deferred legacy gifts to charitable organizations. These individuals have demonstrated lifetime generosity through volunteer and/or philanthropic activities and encouraged others to consider legacy gifts to provide transformational support for years to come.
- Outstanding Community Group - Honours a community or group of volunteers who demonstrate outstanding skills in coordinating and motivating donors and volunteers for fundraising projects for the benefit of charitable institutions. The recipient group will have demonstrated exceptional leadership skills in coordinating donors and volunteers for major fundraising projects and non-profit organizations
- Outstanding Corporate Philanthropist - Category Closed
- Outstanding Youth Philanthropist - Recognizes volunteerism and leadership on the part of children and youth in our community. As part of fostering future generations of volunteers, donors, and professionals in the voluntary sector, this award recognizes the efforts of youth aged 24 and under involved in philanthropic activities.
- Outstanding Volunteer - Honours an individual aged 25 years+ who demonstrates outstanding skills in coordinating and motivating donors and volunteers towards philanthropy for the benefit of charitable institutions or a special project. The recipient will have demonstrated exceptional leadership skills in coordinating donors and volunteers for projects and/or non-profit organizations.
