St. Paul’s Hospital Foundation in Saskatoon, SK believes in the power of generosity to save and change lives.  Founded in 1982, St. Paul’s Hospital Foundation advances St. Paul’s Hospital’s vision by raising, managing, and allocating funds in keeping with donors’ wishes.

 

St. Paul’s Hospital Foundation is currently seeking a permanent, full-time Major Gifts Officer to join our high-energy Development team.

 

The Role:

As the Major Gift Officer, you'll be crucial to the Foundation's fundraising success, attracting major gifts, maintaining donor relationships, and advancing philanthropic goals. Reporting to the Manager of Major Giving, your dynamic role involves identifying, cultivating, and soliciting major donors, conducting donor research, preparing proposals, and managing gift agreements in line with Foundation policy. You'll also identify grant candidates, maintain donor database records, contribute to the annual business plan, collaborate with the team, and ensure strong Foundation and St. Paul’s Hospital representation.

 

Requirements:

For this position, we are seeking a post-secondary certificate or diploma. Possession of a CFRE designation or AHP Major Giving Certificate would be ideal. Additionally, experience in fundraising or a relationship-based field, coupled with hands-on experience using donor databases or CRMs, is essential.

The Package:

SPHF offers an excellent compensation package that includes a salary range between $55,909 to $83,864 annually plus an attractive benefits package which includes 3SHealth benefits, parking allowance, phone allowance, scheduled days off, support for learning & development, and a hybrid work environment.
