Diane Dukette, Chief Development Officer at Cooley Dickinson Health Care, has orchestrated multiple campaigns ranging from $500,000 - $132,000,000. In this session she will provide some step-by-step suggestions to campaign planning.
Starting with project selection and pre-campaign awareness building, we will proceed through the different aspects of developing a plan and campaign timeline, including a do-it-yourself feasibility and planning study which will gain stakeholder buy-in and test your campaign projects.
Three different formulas for setting the goal will be reviewed. The session will offer tips for prioritizing your work time and planning for post-campaign. We will discuss campaign challenges including some hard-knock lessons from the field.
