    DEADLINE EXTENDED through January 21, 2022.
     
    The Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Access Fellowship (IDEA) is a year-long program for fundraisers from underrepresented communities. The program is intended to recruit, retain, and support ethnically diverse non-profit fundraisers with the intent to accelerate their careers through skills training, mentorship, and networking activities, thereby increasing the number of ethnically diverse fundraising/non-profit professionals in Silicon Valley.
     
    Please encourage eligible applicants to apply! Applications are open until January 21, 2022.
