We are excited to announce the second year of AFP NWA’s Collective Impact Fellowship Program! Ten fellows and ten advisors will be selected and paired for the 2027 Collective Impact cohort. Individuals meeting eligibility criteria listed below are invited to apply!
- The Collective Impact Fellowship brings together AFP scholarship opportunities and professional mentorship to create a year-long leadership development experience. Fellows gain access to training, mentorship, and networking opportunities while building a pathway to deeper AFP engagement and future board leadership, and Advisors help develop knowledgeable, ethical, and confident fundraisers through individual mentorship.
- The 12-month program supports fundraisers from underrepresented communities, including people of color, LGBTQ+ individuals, emerging professionals, and those from smaller or under-resourced nonprofits. Fellows receive full access to AFP professional development and are paired with experienced Advisors for one-on-one guidance throughout the program.

Eligibility: The Fellowship seeks to identify and engage voices that are not currently engaged in the broader nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization fundraising community. Individuals from underrepresented communities, including people of color, LGBTQ individuals, people with disabilities, new nonprofit professionals, emerging fundraisers, and those who work at smaller, under-resourced nonprofits are encouraged to apply. You do not need to be a current member to apply to the Association of Fundraising Professionals organization to be eligible for this opportunity.
