The AFP Berks Regional Chapter will post job openings relating to advancement/development/philanthropy for nonprofit organizations that are located within Berks County and/or provide services to residents in Berks County at no cost for a 30 day time period.  This includes posting the ad on our Website and sending a notice through our Constant Contact account. 

A $50 posting fee will be charged to nonprofit organizations that are not located in Berks County or do not provide services within Berks County.  Checks can be made payable to AFP Berks Regional Chapter, and mailed to PO Box 331, Shillington, PA  19607.

All ads should be sent via a Microsoft Word File or pdf to afpberks@gmail.com. In line with AFP Global standards we ask that all ads submitted MUST include expected salary ranges for the position being advertised.

Grant Writer

Salary Range: $35-$40/hour

Boyertown Area Multi Service, Inc.

Boyertown, PA 

As a member of the development team at Boyertown Area Multi-Service, the Grant Writer will
work closely with the Director of Development to significantly increase grant revenue for the
organization. The Grant Writer will craft compelling grant applications that portray the great
impact Boyertown Area Multi-Service is having in the community. Programs include Senior
Center, Food Pantry, Meals on Wheels, Case Management, Medical Transportation, Volunteer

Senior Center Director

Salary Range: $55,000 - $60,000

Boyertown Area Multi Service, Inc.

The Senior Center Director will oversee the operations and management of the Senior Center,
providing leadership, guidance, and direction to staff and volunteers. This role involves
developing programs that enhance the quality of life for seniors/older adults, ensuring the Center

Major Gifts Officer

Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000

Bible2School

Bible2School, a non-profit offering release time Bible classes to children in Lancaster County’s
public schools during their school day, is looking for a Major Gifts Officer to join their team! The
team member will identify, engage, cultivate, solicit, and steward current and prospective
