Discovery Center Collective - Development Manager

Full-time (part-time consideration possible)- The Development Manager at the Discovery Center Collective is responsible for working with the Director of Advancement to lead the fundraising and development efforts for the Collective. This position reports directly to the Director of Advancement and collaborates closely with the senior leadership team and the Marketing and Programs Manager to ensure the development plan is implemented in a way complementary to the strategic plan. The Development Manager will grow and execute DHDC’s development plan, including identifying new funding sources, donor cultivation and stewardship, and managing all contributed revenue to the institution through donations, special events, community partnerships, grants, and other identified sources.

Amarillo Children's Home - Development Director

Full-time- The Development Director, under the general direction of the Executive Director of Amarillo Children’s Home (ACH), is charged with the implementation and oversight of all fundraising operations, systems, and models. This role requires expertise in fundraising, including personal giving, corporate sponsorships, planned giving, acquisition of major gifts, and fundraising events. The Development Director will work closely with contracted marketing teams. The Development Director will maintain a high level of integrity personally and professionally, with an understanding that their role is a liaison for and a public face of the organization.

The Bridge - Development Associate

Full-time. The Development Associate assists in cultivating donors and implements retention strategies to raise funds sufficient for the agency’s annual operating budget. This position works with the Development Director towards achieving optimum results in relation to the available resources. The salary for this position will be dependent on experience and education.
