Will COVID-19 protocols still be followed?

The AFP WNY Annual Fundraising and Networking Conference will follow all current COVID-19 guidelines for Erie County. This could include masks, social distancing, reduced capacity, different guidelines for those who are vaccinated, etc. We will continue to keep you updated as protocols evolve and its effect on our conference. If you are not comfortable with the rules set forth by Erie County, our venue and other parties,  we suggest you join us virtually or in 2022. Please make sure you add afpwny@afpwnychapter.org to your address book to ensure you receive all communications regarding the conference.

I know things are constantly evolving, but what’s the current COVID-19 policy?

As of June 9, 2021, as per our venue, masks will be required for all in-person attendees, regardless of vaccination status. In-person attendees will also be required to prove proof of vaccination OR a negative COVID-19 test within 72 hours.

Please note, this could change and we will keep you updated as the summer progresses.
