Please join us for Critical Thinking – An Invaluable Skill Set. Most people have not consciously focused on developing critical thinking skills, yet it is comprised of a tremendously important set of skills. This interactive workshop will introduce you to the topic of critical thinking and provide an opportunity for you to apply what you learn!
This interactive workshop will introduce you to the topic of critical thinking and provide an opportunity for you to apply to information learned. You will be introduced to:

  • What critical thinking is
  • Why it matters
  • The stages of critical thinking development
  • How it applies to planning and problem-solving
  • How it will benefit you 
  • How it will benefit your organization

April 15th, 11:30 am: Executive Directors Affinity Group
Discuss issues impacting E.D.s including working with boards; human resources; finance; strategic planning; role of ED in fundraising/donor stewardship etc.  This group will meet the third Tuesday of every month. Register for the April 15th at 11:30 am meeting 

April 22nd,  10:00 am: Grant Writers Affinity Group
This affinity group is a good fit for the new grant writer of fundraiser, as well as, a good refresher for the experienced grant writer.  We talk informally about grant writing, grant makers, and grant management or whatever fundraising topics the group may want to bring up.  This group will be meet the 4th Thursday of each month. Register: April 22nd at 10:00 am.
