Nominations now open for the AFP SEO Philanthropy Day Awards!

All nominations to be submitted by October 24, 2018.

They are the most cherished assets of our non-profits, charities, sporting organizations and faith communities. They are philanthropists and volunteers that understand that good work requires financial commitment and they go above and beyond in support of the organizations and causes they care about. That's why the Association of Fundraising Professionals of South Eastern Ontario Chapter has put out a call for nominations to recognize the people who make our communities better.

View highlights from two of our past Celebrate Philanthropy from the Heart Awards Gala at these YouTube links 2015 Gala and 2016 Gala.

Who can nominate?

Anyone can advance a nomination, simply by filling out the online form. There are categories to recognize individuals, young people, and organizations and corporations big and small. The selection committee will be looking for information that highlights the impact a nominee has had on the organizations they support.

Can charities and non-profits nominate their supporters? What if they're not members of AFP?

Yes! Local area charities, non-profits and sports and faith groups are also welcome to nominate their supporters. Membership in AFP is not a prerequisite to nomination.
