Board Engagement

When:  Nov 19, 2018 from 08:00 AM to 09:00 AM (ET)
Associated with  AFP NY, Hudson-Mohawk Chapter

A nonprofit board is as good as it is engaged. High net worth and name recognition matter only when those board members are true ambassadors. How you engage board prospects is the first step, and then the big work is how development staff engage the board every day (Ok, every week—I know you’re busy). Diane Cameron will talk about first steps before they join the board, and what ongoing engagement steps development staff can take to help good board members be great—and great board members will raise money.

Diane will share her experience and strategies and invite you to craft your next steps in board engagement.
