In this workshop-style session, you’ll discover your possible career path. Evaluate your strengths, explore what type of work you enjoy and determine what you need to meet your goals. Create your personal path to success.
You’ll leave the session with a plan to help you succeed in your career. This session will benefit anyone who wants to retire from a different position than the one they hold now.

Marni Tuttle is invested in non-profit success. She believes philanthropy makes the impossible possible. Marni is a strategic fundraising professional skilled at partnering philanthropists and visionary ideas to make our world a better place. A volunteer described her as having a 20-year ‘gold-plated’ fundraising resume with leadership roles in education, health care and environmental philanthropy. She has built a career around progressive roles in annual giving, community engagement, major gifts, campaign strategy, planned giving, prospect management, and now focuses on helping charities grow.
Marni knows that charities are important to building, enriching and defining our communities; and it’s up to fundraisers to tell the stories and create the connections that make charities so successful.
