The Community Foundation of Greater Dubuque and the Association of Fundraising Professionals - Greater Tri-States Chapter welcome Gordon Fischer!

Gordon Fischer is an Iowa lawyer dedicated to helping people plan their legacies, and helping nonprofit organizations manage their philanthropic efforts. It is his personal and professional mission to promote and maximize charitable giving in Iowa.

 Topics covered include:

  • Definition of planned giving
  • Advantages & disadvantages of giving during a donor's lifetime versus giving at death
  • Seven basic estate planning documents everyone needs
  • Endow Iowa Tax Credit
  • Gifting stock
  • Donor Advised Funds

Registration begins at 8:00 a.m., and the presentation will begin at 8:15 a.m. CLE credits will be available.
