Did you know your Board members are volunteers? Fundraising wouldn’t be possible without dedicated volunteers supporting the organization’s efforts. This program will focus on methods and strategies for engaging volunteers in the work of the organization. It covers recruitment and retention, orientation and training, engagement in fundraising planning and implementation, and delineates the roles of volunteers (board members) and staff. It also covers governance issues related to nonprofit boards.
