Victoria Shadle lives in New York City where she works as the Assistant Director of Individual & Corporate Giving at The Opportunity Network. She previously worked in development at Harlem Children's Zone, Ballet Hispanico, and the Irish Arts Center. Victoria volunteer regularly with grassroots organizations bringing dance and the arts to youth living in homeless shelters and foster homes and is a founding board member of NACHMO, a nation-wide choreographer's collective. She graduated with her Master's in Nonprofit Management from Columbia University in 2019 and earned her B.A. in Dance from Hofstra University.
