In September we piloted our first ever AFP Coffee Klatch and it was laid back, informative and received great feedback, and so here we are at it again and hope you’ll be able to join us next Thursday, October 25th, 7:30-9am, at the same location, Second Cup in Kensington. Next month, November 21, we’ll try a different venue to switch things up. If you have a favourite coffee shop along the c-trail route where folks can access free parking, please let us know!
AFP Coffee Klatch is an informal drop-in style learning and networking opportunity, 90 minutes in length at a centrally located coffee shop, with an aim of meaningful connection, accessibility and free parking. This is a pilot program running through June 2019. Both members and non-members of AFP are welcome to attend, and if it’s well attended, we’ll keep it going.

Our October 25th experts have experience in special events fundraising, capital campaigns, corporate engagement and more. If you have specific fundraising topics you hope to gain insight on, please let us know and we’ll do our best to have a relevant subject matter expert on hand. And of course come prepared to ask questions, we’ll have at least one or two experts in the mix that will be happy to share their experience with you.
