Senior Director, Member Relations and Strategy

This position will be expected to fulfill the following duties: Manage the organization’s recruitment and support efforts and its corresponding staff team, which includes: coaching and supervising three membership specialists (supporting all International, North American adult clubs, Campus Civitan and YP clubs), overseeing the organization’s growth plan, and supporting the membership specialists in their efforts to grow clubs and districts, creating resources for our members to help them grow Civitan and serve their communities, ensuring processes are being followed when clubs are being chartered or dissolved, documenting those guidelines for future use, communicating frequently with Civitan volunteer leaders throughout North America, traveling as appropriate to assigned districts to help with recruitment, support, and strategy. Since 1972, Youth Haven has served as Southwest Florida’s only residential emergency shelter for boys and girls ages 6-18 who have been removed from their homes due to abuse, neglect or abandonment. The therapeutic campus includes 73 beds and provides comprehensive care, including nutritious meals, clothing, medical and dental care, counseling, academic tutoring and educational support, life-skills training, support with activities of daily living, and intensive case management.
